Payment methods

Debit or credit card via Viva

You can pay with cards supported by Viva. Payment is completed in Viva’s secure environment, and JoyToy does not store your full card details.

Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer to the account below. Please include your order number as the payment reference:

We begin processing your order once payment has been confirmed. Any bank charges are borne by the payer.

Delivery and collection methods

Courier delivery

We send your order to the address you provide at checkout. The exact shipping cost is shown before you complete your order and depends on the destination and parcel characteristics. After dispatch, you will receive the relevant notification or a tracking number where one is provided.

BOX NOW Locker collection

When this option is available for your order, you can choose a convenient BOX NOW Locker. Availability and the final cost are shown at checkout and depend on the parcel dimensions and the selected locker.

Collection from our warehouse

You can collect your order without a shipping charge from 78 Lavriou Avenue, Glyka Nera 15354, Attica, Greece. Collection is available Monday to Friday, after we have notified you that your order is ready and by prior arrangement.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed, where required, and subject to product availability. Delivery time is affected by the destination, transport conditions and periods of high demand. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay.

When you receive your order, please check the outer condition of the parcel. If you notice visible damage, an incorrect item or a missing product, please let us know as soon as possible.
