The Stages of Production
- Design of vehicles, toys and accessories.
- Creation of 3D digital models.
- 3D printing of the initial prototype to establish its scale and details.
- Making and engraving the mould.
- Production of plastic components in the selected colours.
- Assembly of the individual parts to create the finished product.
- Design and production of the packaging.
- Production of boxes and blister- and vacuum-formed plastic packaging.
Every product begins as an idea and develops step by step into a complete JoyToy toy.
