These Terms govern the use of the joytoy.gr online store and purchases made through it. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance and scope
By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. To make a purchase, you must have legal capacity to do so and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
3. Products, images and availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, features and availability are accurate. Minor differences in colour or appearance may result from your screen, photography or permissible production changes. If a product becomes unavailable or a material change is identified after you place an order, we will inform you and you may choose another solution or a refund of the amount paid.
4. Prices and charges
Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any other permitted charges are displayed before you finally submit your order. If there is an obvious technical or typographical pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding with fulfilment.
5. Placing and accepting an order
Before submitting an order, you can review and correct its details and products. After submission, an electronic acknowledgement of receipt is sent. The sales contract is concluded when JoyToy confirms acceptance or dispatch of the order. We reserve the right not to accept an order in the event of unavailability, an error, inability to confirm payment, or a reasonable suspicion of an abusive or fraudulent transaction.
6. Payment and delivery
The available payment, shipping and collection methods are described on our Payment & Delivery page and are shown in detail at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, availability, the carrier or events beyond our reasonable control. We will inform you of a significant delay.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer at a distance, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a person nominated by you receives the product. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to orders@joy-toy.gr before the deadline expires.
Products must be returned without undue delay to 78 Lavriou Avenue, Glyka Nera 15354, Attica, Greece. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise. The consumer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refunds are made by the same payment method, without undue delay and within the statutory time limit. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back. We also refund the cost of the basic, least expensive delivery option offered, but not any extra cost arising from a more expensive delivery choice.
8. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, particularly to products made to the customer’s personal specifications or clearly personalised. You will be informed accordingly before purchasing such a product.
9. Defective or incorrect products and the legal guarantee
If you receive a defective, damaged or different product, please contact us promptly and keep the packaging and relevant evidence. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity are not limited by these Terms. Depending on the circumstances and the conditions laid down by law, you may be entitled to free repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
10. Cancellations and returns
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact orders@joy-toy.gr as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the withdrawal or return rules provided by law and these Terms apply.
11. Intellectual and industrial property
The website content, including trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, text, graphics and software, belongs to JoyToy or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law. Copying, reproduction, modification or commercial use without prior permission is not permitted.
12. Permitted use of the website
You must not use the website in a way that breaches the law, infringes third-party rights, interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorised access or introduces malicious code. We may restrict access where necessary for security and proper operation.
13. Liability
JoyToy is not liable for temporary inaccessibility or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the consumer’s mandatory rights.

15. Complaints, governing law and disputes
For any complaint, please contact us first at orders@joy-toy.gr so that we can try to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction under the law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions or the right to refer a matter to a competent alternative dispute-resolution body.
16. Changes
These Terms may be updated when our services or the law change. Each order is governed by the version published when it was submitted, unless a later change is required by law.
